If you read Gladys Whitney's interview in the History section of this web site, then you learned that Hans Brustle was a wood carver from Germany. During the interview Gladys mentioned that Hans had done carving for the St. Paul's School in Concord, NH. Since 1856 St. Paul's School has carved the names of each graduating class, or "form" as they call it, into the wood paneling of the building named Coit House. |
